The process is fast and easy. Simply go to www.eklunds.com and click the Custom Cab Designer link. When the window loads, the user may pick and choose from hundreds of different materials to design the upper and lower wall panels, ceiling, lighting, handrails, etc. After designing, the user is able to print out a rendering of the cab along with material specifications, weights and pricing. The Custom Cab Designer is a great tool for the market to use in the initial budgeting phase of renovation or new construction.

Baltimore, Maryland (January 5, 2011) - Eklund's, Inc. announces the opening of its second manufacturing, sales (and future showroom) facility located in the Baltimore-Washington, D.C. area. The new location features state-of-the-art equipment for designing and creating the highest level of elevator cabs, cab interiors, and architectural products for elevators, elevator entrances and escalators. Adding approx 20,000 sq. ft. of manufacturing space to its current capacity, Eklund's is positioning itself as the primary resource for total elevator cab solutions throughout the United States.
Eklund's Introduces New Custom Cab Design Materials

Dallas, Texas - Eklund's, provider of total elevator cab solutions, will introduce new materials to their Custom Cab Designer (CCD) in late summer of 2010. New samples, aimed at providing stylish, innovative design offerings to general contractors, architects, property managers, elevator companies and the like, will be available in the Eklund's Specified Cab Designer kit and through the online CCD, including custom metals, glasses and solid surface materials.
